Site-First Mindset
An engineer who wants to be on site, understand the ground conditions first-hand, and make recommendations grounded in what they observed — not what a template says.
Technical Depth
We expect fluency in soil mechanics, foundation engineering, and at least one specialty area (shoring, slopes, ground improvement). EGBC registration or eligibility is required for engineer roles.
Client Communication
You will talk to clients directly. Clear, prompt, professional communication — no translator layers — is central to how Specterra works.
Ownership
We are a small firm. Every person owns their deliverables start to finish. If you thrive with autonomy and are motivated by quality of output over output volume, you'll fit well here.
